Biography

Kumarasamy Mani,
Software Developer, J2EE Technolgies.
I'm orginally from Namakkal from Tamilnadu, India. Did my schoolings near by Govt. Schools. Then i joined B.Sc in K.S.R College of Technology, then for my post graduation i joined Dr.Mahalingam College of Managment and Computer Studies, a.k.a MCET and completed Master in Computer Application.
Once i completed my post graduation i moved to bangalore, India. I joined as a Project Trainee in Baba9 Web Softwares Ltd, in March'05 and worked with LAMP technologies for till Sep'05. Then in Sep'05 again i joined as a software trainee in an NY based start-up Arman Infotech Systems Pvt, Ltd. and was working with J2EE technologies. During these periods i was in the mode of learning how to code, which helps me survive in the industry till today. Technically having many challenges than what i face today. Still remebering the days where we use to quarrel with my Boss ;) for some of the technical challenges, even this extended till to the client. But it's an good experience where we end up in doing more innovations.
After spending three years in arman, i decided to take the journey with IBM India Private Limited, from Jul'08. Here i was working in the project of US telco player. This has given me the reall experience of Enterprise Application and Design. But all my innovation and learning started shrinking to an large extend, some how i didn't like the work, may be the problem of keep changing some one else code and doing a fix or something else..... But the very good part was i really loved the team members i worked with. I had become an great fan of so many colleagues. Specially my onsite counter parts, huhaaa, they were amazing with their technical skills and they are real good mentors tooo. Yes, i made some great friends here also continuing still today through FB. From the begining some how i didn't like some portion of the management and it started getting worse day-by-day, decided to quit. I knew this was not the solution, but the micro management in the team really killed my interest. I came across some good teammates with very good management skills, i really liked it.
This time, i made different offers and decided to join Infosys Technologies, as Technology Analyst, till today there are no major disappointments and still continuing. I'm feeling like there is enough room/time for me to improve myself technically, so making use of it ;)
